Commercial Property Management Training - About

Meet Kristy Simi

I have been a property manager for 25 years and had the privilege of working with a diverse range of property managers during that time. However, during that time, I have also unfortunately seen a great deal of managers working in the industry with very limited knowledge of how the commercial industry should be managed.

We, as investment portfolio managers are here to provide our landlords with an extremely high level of service and knowledge and manage their investment portfolios in such a way that will consistently increase their returns, minimise their outgoings costs and manage their tenancies to a level that will consistently meet every expectation. We want our landlords to entrust us with their investments knowing we have the full knowledge and understanding of what is expected from their lawyers, accountants, tenants and themselves and exceeding their expectations by means of service, knowledge, communication and management skills and the lack thereof not only costs the landlord money, time and energy, but the agency the property manager works for in potential litigation.

Commercial Property Management is vastly different to Residential Property Management and property managers must be trained accordingly
